We create personalized experiences built around you and the people you're sharing them with. We plan the stops, activities, surprises, challenges, and little details - then creatively package it so the experience unfolds along the way. You simply follow the clues, open the surprises and enjoy the fun.

Date nights, family outings, girls' nights & trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, solo adventures - and plenty of things that don't fit neatly into a category. If there's a reason to make a day more fun, we can probably create something around it!

Nope! The surprise is part of the fun! You'll know anything you need to know beforehand - like what to wear, when to be ready, or anything special to bring - but the actual experience is revealed as you go.

Our planning fees start at $150 and vary based on the complexity of your experience. Your experience budget - things like food, activities, tickets, and transportation - is separate from our planning fee. We'll create your experience with the budget you give us in mind.

Those costs are the client's responsibility and are separate from the GTE planning fee. We'll build your experience around the budget you give us and let you know ahead of time how any reservations, tickets or other expenses will be handled.

Your planning fee is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Once payment is received, we'll officially get to work creating your personalized experience!

We recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. Larger, more detailed, or multi-day experiences may require additional planning time. Have something coming up sooner? Reach out anyway! Rush planning may be available depending on our schedule and the type of experience, with an additional rush fee.

Absolutely! Charlotte is home base, but the fun doesn't have to stay here. We can create personalized experiences in other cities too - you tell us where you'll be, and we'll take it from there.

We plan the FUN PART! We can create the activities, experiences, surprises, challenges, restaurants, and itinerary that make your trip memorable. We're not a travel agency though, so flights, hotels and other travel arrangements are up to you.

We keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your experience. If weather could affect part of your plan, we'll do our best to adjust, swap activities or create a backup so the fun can keep going. Some reservations or tickets may be subject to the venue's own cancellation or refund policies.

Life happens! If your date, group size or other plans change, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust your experience. Changes made after reservations or tickets have been purchased will be subject to the individual venue's cancellation or change policies. Significant changes that require substantial replanning may require an additional planning fee.

Planning fees are non-refundable once paid, as work on your experience begins right away. If your plans change, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust or reschedule your experience. Any tickets, reservations, or other purchases made on your behalf are subject to the individual vendor's cancellation and refund policies.

We'll review what you've shared and reach out to learn a little more about the experience you have in mind. From there, we'll send you a personalized questionnaire so we can get to know who we're planning for and all the little details that will make it special. Once your planning fee is paid, we get to work creating the fun. Then all you have to do is show up and enjoy the surprises!
